Parking & Directions
Weekdays after 6pm or weekends any time street parking is free!
Innovation Square Parking Garage entrance is on Chestnut and Court Street. An automatic door will open for you!

Venue & Privacy
Every party is a private booking, meaning you will have the venue to yourself and no other party unless otherwise agreed upon.
The venue is 3,400 sqft on the 22nd floor overlooking Rochester with incredible views of Lake Ontario!
The video game room is separated from the event room where you will be able to sit, eat, and open gifts.
Payment & Agreement
We require a 50% down payment to secure the date & time of your event
Final payment can be made the day of the event before it begins, or you may pay earlier.
Payments can be made via cash, card, or check.
When making your down payment you will be emailed an event agreement. You may sign digitally or physically and bring with you day of the party!
Games & Consoles
The GLG Lounge hosts 14 gaming computers for games like Fortnite, Roblox & Minecraft.
There are 3 65” TVs great for Playstation 5, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch party games to play together. Most common game requests we provide include Madden, NBA2K, Mario Kart & Super Smash Bros
GLG has an extensive game library, curious about what we have? Ask us during your signup!
Ages & Number of Guests
We have hosted birthdays for all ages from 1 years old to 80! We recommend that gamers are at least 8 years old to participate on our consoles and computers.
For kids gaming birthday parties we recommend groups of 12-20 gamers. This allows everyone to have a meaningful experience on all of our offerings.
We can support larger parties, just let us know!
Food & Beverage
As of 2025 we are now offering food and beverage addon options to make hosting easier!
You may of course still bring your own food and drink. We provide high-top table to serve food and a fridge to store drinks and cold foods.
We also have a microwave for your convenience.
Decorating
As of 2025 we are now offering themed decoration addon options to make your party great.
We do still allow for hosts to bring and decorate on their own! For timing to decorate we only allow during the time of your booking.
We do not allow for open flames (besides cake candles) fog machines and glitter. More details on what is not allowed will be listed in the Event Agreement you will be sent before making your downpayment
Gratuity
We do not expect gratuity for our services. However, if you feel our staff have performed beyond your expectations you are more than welcome to do so!
If you wish to tip staff members with a card instead of cash please specify with the GLG team leader that day the amount.
DISCOUNTS!
If you or your kid is an active member of the GLG lounge you will receive a $50 discount towards your Birthday Party Booking.
Memberships are $100/Month, members receive unlimited access during open lounge days, 4 single use guest passes to share the experience with others, and waived venue fees for tournaments & events.
Referring another party to us before your event will discount $50 from your final payment! We greatly appreciate any help sharing our name and services with others.
